Leadership Level 1

This training aims to clarify the role as team leader to employees without experience in leadership. They will learn to apply the basics of task delegation and contemporary leadership.

Leadership Level 2

Based on basic knowledge and first experience, our training will qualify your leaders to analyze their  own personality structure and its impact on their leadership behavior and how to influence coworkers and work results positively.

  •  self and public image – feedback basics and rules
  •  staff appraisal, performance review and criticism  – goals and contents

Leadership Level 3

We train experienced managers on special topics such as rhetoric or personality development and provide them with knowledge and skills on leadership in challenging change processes.
