Level 1

Goals

  • prepare dialogues processually
  • apply questioning and statement techniques to describe your own position or to question the position of others

Content

  • analyze dialogues
  • structure of a dynamic conversation
  • prepare dialogues purposefully
  • differences and effects of questioning techniques
  • the structure and effect of I-messages on the course of conversations

 

Level 2

Goals

  • realize different levels of perception
  • wording in accordance with the perceived
  • know your personal level of perception and learn to use them in various situations and role constellations to achieve mutual understanding

Content

  • NLP techniques: participants learn verbal and physical mirroring (pacing) to actively lead conversations
  • analysis of videos and competent feedback support the participant's learning success

 

Level 3

Goal

  • identify personal fundamental structures of personality and that of others
  • wording in accordance with type and recipient
  • solid application of the fundamental structure in various situations

Content

  • test of a behavior model (Insight´s, DISG or Structogram) with evaluation
  • exercise of recipient-appropriate conversations in various situations and role constellations
  • analysis of videos and detailed feedback offer reconciliation of self-image and public-image
